I think I may have crusted scabies

Hey ya’ll, for poll purposes—does this look like crusted scabies? I thought it was ringworm. I pushed for medication for tinea capitis and shortly after that I felt…weird. Now I’m realizing I was only diagnosed with scabies after I messed with my scalp by trying to comb off the scales. Also after using permethrin the scales went away but only temporarily. It would make sense.
