As an Experienced Player, what is the stupidest thing you have ever done?

As the title says, as an Experienced player, be it a professional or not, what is something that is bonkers stupid you have done that you 100% knew better and yet did it anyways. For example I once let my soprano stay on the stand after a gig and it got crushed by the teardown crew when the stage light rigging fell onto it. So to assist less experienced players I am hoping some of y’all humble yourselves with your own picked bouquets to oopsie-daisies.
