Early Renal food for cat in Riyadh URGENT!

Hello! We moved to Riyadh with my cat Pepper and he is on a special diet of Early Renal food (Royal Canin / Hills / Purina) I cannot seem to find it anywhere in Riyadh 🙁 Can you please help me with some information maybe there is a clinic that has it and they simply do not communicate on it.
