Workplace injury

Hi guys, I work in a warehouse for heavy appliances and I've been there for 2 1/2 years. So far Ive been injured 3 times already the most recent and bad one was yesterday. I fell hard on my back and a 36inch fridge landed on top of me from a 3ft distance. My only equipment are two handtrucks and a pallet jack, no loading dock too.

Whats the best move? Can I ask for some sort of compensation from my company? Anything outside of wcb that can help me out? Im breaking my body working for this company and it feels like M just a number.
