Stuck at 99.47%. Wth is going on

Been trying to plat the DE on PS5 and I’ve hit a brick wall, 99.47%. No clue what mission is missing, but I’ve noticed in the stats I have 143 completed, online I’ve seen most people say there’s 144. Here’s a list of what I’ve confirmed is done and double checked

Every story mission Robois Hippy shopper LV burger shot Quarry all 7 Trucking all 8 Valet 5 levels All zero missions All 30 export cars All 12 ammunation rounds All 3 gyms All races are done All 4 stadium events All 3 schools 100 tags, checked 3 times to make sure there fully sprayed 50 snapshots 50 horseshoes 50 oysters All houses and hotel suites are bought Over 35% with Mille Firefighter 12 Vigilante 12 Paramedic 12 Pimping 10 Freight train 2 Taxi 50 fares

I don’t know what I could possibly be missing.

Edit: for me it was the NRG challenge, there’s no stat to tell you how you did so it’s easy to miss, I already had it done but lost it in a save I guess, did it again and achievement popped
