S23 Ultra messenger can't load high resolution images

I cant see an image my friend sent on messenger, the error says can not load high resolution images. I've closed the app, restarted my phone, clear data, tried internet and mobile data, toggling airplane mode, and checked if their is an update but I still can't see the image. Does anyone have a solution or are you stuck with this too?
