Samsung buds... what's the trick to getting them to stay in your ears?

I just made the switch from IOS to the s24 ultra. Got the Samsung buds since my airpods features are not 100% compatible with the s24. I cannot figure out how to get these little buggers to stay put! I have small ears and switched the tips to the small ones they came with but they just pop right out of ears when I put them in. I've done the fit test on the wear app and it says it has a good seal, but they just can't stay in place. Right now I'm using the right bud in my left ear and my left bud in my right ear and they stay put but I can't use them while talking on the phone because people say I sound super wonky. Is there a trick to these or should I give up and go back to my airport? Any help is greatly appreciated! TIA
