Best Messaging App For Samsung Galaxy in 2024?

Hey everyone, I am very new to Samsung as I switched from iPhone to Galaxy s24+. I love the phone a ton. Have had a little issue with the camera quality but overall it's been an amazing phone. So refreshing coming from an iPhone.

With that being said I see that android has a ton of messaging apps and mine come with 2 1. Google Messages 2. Samsung Messages

I tried both and they seem really similar. Neither messaging app lets me reply to specific messages and sending and receiving videos look really bad. Almost everyone I know have an iPhone.

What messaging app are you using and what would you recommend. Should I try something new or should I stick with what I have. I like Samsung messages because the UI looks nicer IMO but Google has reactions and seems to work a bit smoother for sending files. I tried sending a PDF from Samsung messages but it said it wasn't supported. Weird. But just want to see what y'all think and say. I know it can be subjective of course but I'm new to Samsung and there are so many options Ive seem on the Google Play store and the 2 I have now.
