Charter boats vs shore fisherman

Does it drive anyone else nuts when youre fishing a jetty or bridge and the charters pull up right on you within your casting distance? Been happening alot lately around me, walk out to end of the jetty where Ive got one area to fish and these dudes pull up and block me from casting out far, then smile and wave like theyre doing nothing wrong lol maybe its just me but if I paid for a charter and the dude brought me to a spot that I could fish for free from shore Id be annoyed
