Has anyone had any success communicating with the Sprout School ever?

We've tried contacting the Sprout School--emailing, applied for the waitlist last year, called the phone numbers for all locations--no one ever answers and their voice mailboxes have been full and never cleared since at least some time last year. Anyone have any top tips for getting ahold of a human being that works there?
