Does anyone remember when a teenager was abducted/disappeared from Chesterfield County/Clover Hill Library 10-15 years ago?

Trying to find information about a teenage boy who disappeared from Clover Hill Library. I can't remember if he was abducted and later found murdered from Clover Hill Library, or was supposed to meet someone at Clover Hill Library and was later found murdered?

Does anyone recollect this? I am almost certain it was Clover Hill Library but my memory could be inaccurate.

Edit: It was Midlothian Library and it occurred in 2006. Victim was Chip Ellis, a Midlothian HS senior.
