You took my PAID for Credits! PURE GREED
These credits were mine, I paid for them! So, the credits I saved from the Unlimited plan didn’t roll over, even though I didn’t use any of them. I had 3,000 credits, and now they’re gone. How greedy. I was just about to pay for the next month, but that’s me out. I’m not supporting this crap anymore. Charging me £100 a month, then wiping my saved credits at the end of my subscription, is pure and utter greed. And you wonder why your community is dead, with barely anyone engaging. We’re the ones pushing your software, sharing our work on our platforms, basically doing your marketing for you, You will never grow the platform and build a community this way!
