What’s happening with premiership and URC highlights?

Sorry if this has been brought up already but I can’t find it. Just gone to watch the highlights from the weekend and both URC and premiership highlights are fucked. The bath quins game doesn’t show either of quins first tries and other games have random repeated highlights or missing key moments. Anyone have any idea what’s going on?
