J7+ won't charge
Hi all, today I noticed that my J7+ won't charge or turn on. This is totally random and I'm really bummed out. I only bought this two years ago. I've cleaned the charging contacts, tried switching outlets, unplugged and plugged the charging cable from the dock, and even took the bag out. Both the dock and roomba won't show a light. I spoke to customer service and they told me that I'm not in warranty and to buy a new charging cable. I have trouble believing that the cable just suddenly stopped working. Is there anything else I can do?
