OP 34 Silver Dial

Requested an OP 34 Silver Dial early last November for my wife’s 50th which has now passed by several weeks. Got the below message earlier today saying ones now available if I still want it. But I went with jewelry instead for her BD which was my second choice, stud earrings and a tennis bracelet.

Should I still nab the OP?! My wife would have loved it on her BD. We plan on stopping by tomorrow to take a look at it. Thoughts?
