shoes came chopped

i ordered these because they were on sale and ive been wanting them for a while but when they got here they were creased as hell at the top AND a FULL SIZE lower than what i ordered, even the box is a 12. im gonna try to get them exchanged for a 13 thats not creased or try to get a refund😭
