3 Eternals | How to set up TikTok livestream from PS5?

Hello, me and 2 of my friends are Eternals on a couple of different accounts and want to get into the account review/VOD review scene on TikTok. We only have PS5's and no computers beside a laptop. Is there a way we can stream our game to tiktok with an overlay?
