Did they lie about patching moon knights ult or am I just tripping?

I saw in the patch notes they were supposed to fix how the voice line started while his ult is already doing damage and yet in game every single time I die to his ult I’m just barely hearing the full voice line by the time I’m dead from full HP due to his ult. It makes it insanely difficult to dodge and often during overtime my teammates never hear it and they all die to it. I’ve lost way too many matches due to 4+ ppl all dying to a MK ult in overtime.
