Winter soldier needs a nerf

For a single dps he is actually ridiculous lol. If I have a gd winter soldier on my team they absolutely wipe the other team scream "again" 18 times lol. And if we are against one they can wipe me the same way. Its just a bit ridiculous one dps character can carry a match that hard. He definitely needs toning down imo. Me and my brother ban him in games cus he is just annoying.
