reWASD won't launch at all.

I've seen all those .NET install fixes. I've installed everything and the damn app won't even attempt to launch. I would really like to try and use this software but have NO IDEA what to do. Seriously needs to be resolved given how many people on the forums are struggling with the same thing. Any one have a fix?

Event Viewer output after attempted launch:

"Description: A .NET application failed.

The library hostfxr.dll was found, but loading it from C:\Users\NEXGEN\AppData\Local\Microsoft\dotnet\host\fxr\6.0.11\hostfxr.dll failed

- Installing .NET prerequisites might help resolve this problem.
