Not found.. why?

I got a Retron 5 for xmas. I'm going the SD route. I've used ROMs - Emulators and MODed a few consoles. Point I'm making is I have experience doing this.

Why hasn't an Torrent or an equivalent downloadable archive been serup with patched IPS files for the different consoles the Retron can play. I've got close to 9500 games downloaded that need to be patched every way from Sunday. I'm sure a lot won't even work.
