Do you rate the games you've completed?

Hello! I bought my Retroid with the goal of playing more video games, since I spend a large part of my day getting around using the bus and subway, I don't have much time to play on my computer.

I must have finished a dozen games but I don't have anywhere to record my opinions and evaluations of these games, do you feel the need to do this? Do you write them down in a notepad? Or is there a website or app to share this like I know there are for books and movies?
