Flip user, Redream not recognising Roms

I've got Retroarch setup and Daijisho for FE loader. All PS2, SNES, GBA etc runs fine.

Daijisho even recognises my library for Dreamcast by showing the games. When I click into the game it takes me to Redeem where I've allocated the path to the ROM folder but Redream says I have no library?

Anyone else know what's happening and what I've done wrong?

Second question, for N64 I'm using the recommended M64PlusFZ and the reverse problem is happening. N64 ROMs play and load within the emulator, but Daijisho can't play the N64 games through itself.

Help? Had the Flip for a week and it's my first handheld.
