On a light gun game run recently, what's your favorite light gun controller?

I love light gun games, if you haven't discerned that from my posts lol. Considering the library and the tech with it I have to go with the Sega light phaser. Much better than the super scope or the menacer, and up there with the guncon controllers. What's your favorite light gun controller/accessory?
