I was shooed by a customer

I was at my part-time retail job today. One of the cashiers needed a SKU for a product they were ringing up for a customer. I went to grab one of the products with a SKU from a table to help her out. Then a customer, who was standing near that table did the shoo hand motion at me and said, "I'm trying to take a picture here." I just stood there and stared at her because, what the hell is that about?

I am a human being, not a prop or extra in the movie that you think is your life. I've been thinking about this since it happened because the audacity of some people is truly amazing.
