My Model Has Cracked Open, and The Residual Resin Won't Drain. What Are My options?

Overall, the model looks fine, but it seems the draining holes were insufficient. It has cracked open, and there is still resin inside. I've left it for a couple weeks to try to let the resin drain, but it still remains, and the model still smells of uncured resin.

Could I do something like let it soak in IPA? It's painted, but I would be OK repainting it. TIA!
