Does anyone know how to fix this?

I’m doing this project for my family after my uncle passed, I used dried flowers from his memorial service and was gonna gift these for Christmas but the resin has so many mini air bubbles in it. Some of them dried clear but some aren’t. Is it possible to use UV or anything to try to fix this??
