Second chance apartments

I looked on their website and reviews and I think it’s definitely a con. They say it isn’t guaranteed that you will be accepted by a landlord if you do have evictions etc so I think the chances of her actually finding housing are zero to none especially partnered with the fact of; who is going to rent to a family of 7 without income?
