My(21F) Boyfriend(22M) is very touchy with his female friends. Am I oberreacting or is it too much?

So my boyfriend has a lot of female friends and when they are talking he likes to hug them a lot and touch them in general. For example today we were driving somewhere with his sister and one of his female friends and when we got out of the car they were laughing together and walking ahead her hand around his waist and his around her shoulder. I felt like they were the couple. Also, he has two female friends that he texts good night every singel day. Is that normal? I know I have my problems with jealousy and that I should go to therapy for that and we already talked about this. His response was that he thinks its a good idea that I go to therapy but he won’t change anything about his behavior. I mean wouldn’t it be considerate to at least do it less when I am around?

I love him very much and I know he loves me but i don’t know how to handle this pls help
