Why do female liberal politicians come off as so condescending?

The Democrats have twice nominated a female presidential candidate who ooze condescension. Here in Canada, the deputy Prime Minister/aspiring PM Chrystia Freeland also follows this archetype.

Meanwhile you have conservative female politicians like Kari Lake and Kristi Noem whose vibes are the complete opposite. They’re batshit crazy, yet still appear normal and relatable.
