Social media is social feminization
The populist system of likes and upvotes stifles the masculine urge to do the right thing and speak the harsh truths, public sentiment be damned. Users are conditioned into posting what's likely to garner likes which is nauseatingly servile. We appease the hive mind and it's collectivist Queen and trade away harsh truths for acceptable falsehoods. It's how you end up with nothing but platitudes and generic feel good advice devoid of substance or humanity.
This is true regardless of gender ratios, it's a property intrinsic to the system. It took Musk buying Twitter and tweaking the algorithm to keep the "right-wing male" narrative afloat; 4chan being anonymous and chronological was mostly immune; while YouTube actually managed to get niches thriving, to their credit. But niches cannot exist without barriers to entry, and the barriers to making a post on Reddit are zero.
Social media in its current form has a feminizing effect on society and must be treated with the level of precaution appropriate such a drug.
