Is Akraya legit?

I got an email and call from a recruiter. They seem super sus. When I Google them I get semi-legit looking sites. I’ve been out of work since March so I don’t want to pass on a real offer but I also don’t want to get scammed.

What can they do with my resume, and an email replying I agree to the wage they offered?
