Just Had the Most Unexpected Interview Experience! 🤯

Hey fellow devs,

I recently had the most unexpected interview experience, and I had to share it here!

I'm a React Native developer with 2 years of experience, and I applied for a job through LinkedIn. They scheduled a 1-hour online interview, so naturally, I prepped for problem-solving, JavaScript, and React-based behavioral questions. But nope, the interview took a wild turn!

Instead of a typical Q&A session, they dropped a challenge on me:
🚀 Build and deploy a fully functional app in 48 hours with a bunch of requirements!

No live coding, no discussions—just "Go build an app and submit it."

I took the challenge head-on and built an Employee Tracker App 👇

After submitting it on time, I got a call for the next round, expecting a deep-dive technical discussion. But instead, they straight-up offered me the job! 🎉

💰 Final Offer: 6 LPA
💼 My 10th interview, and by far the most unique one!

Anyone else had a similar "WTF just happened?" interview experience? Would you prefer this kind of hands-on challenge over traditional interviews? Let’s discuss! 👇🔥
