"when you hit the quarterback, the entire team feels it" -Rex Ryan after the SB.

I know what we're all thinking: Invest heavily in pass rush. I was thinking that too. The main issue here is so is every other AFC team. Free Agent prices for DEs just went up. Supply and demand. Teams will be drafting for this early leaving less for the Ravens to pick from.

I have a different strategy: Instead of investing in the ends trying to create pass rush...invest heavily in the middle of the line (tackle) and safety (draft) so Kyle Hamilton and Roquan Smith can roam closer to the line and create chaos. Add more depth to the middle of the line with tackles...then Ro and Kyle can absolutely pummel Mahomes. Jalen Carter, tackle, for the eagles is a menace.

It's kind of like buying a car, if we all want same type of car --- the price and demand will skyrocket...gotta zig while others zag. Think outside the box a bit when getting pieces to create QB pressure....we ain't getting Myles Garrett or a top 5 pass rusher in the draft. Not happening.
