Looking to buy Rav 4 adventure

Currently looking into buying a 2021 Rav 4 adventure with 57,000 miles and a clean CarFax. The car use to be a rental, but seems like it is in great condition outside of that. Do you think this is worth it? This would be my first vehicle and wondering how the maintenance on a car like this would be. Thank you.
