Rav4 CarPlay navigation issues

Hi,

I have new rav4 2023 xle premium and I’m facing navigation issues when connected to Apple CarPlay. Location drifts off the road and keeps spinning. I have followed another thread on this subreddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/rav4club/comments/10bvex4/2023_rav4_carplay_navigation_issues/) and showed this issue and solution to my dealership. They ran few tests and said everything is fine and issue might be with my iPhone. They told me to have second opinion with another dealership which might charge fee for diagnosis.

What should I do? I’m not wishing to pay fee for something which I’m not responsible for. It’s new car and it’s Toyota fault but my dealership is getting away with this.

Please guide me.
