Movies that end with a court battle, and everyone cheering at the verdict

It will seem like a decent movie with good characters, complexities etc, then about half way or so through something happens then the rest of the movie is a court battle until it ends with an "unexpected" and "triumphant" verdict with the entire court cheering and the judge even giving high fives at the end. It's overdone. Basically seems like they didn't know how to write an ending so they just went with the easiest solution.
