Where do the rich kids party in the city

One thing I miss coming back home is the clubbing scene compared to that of Mumbai/Pune/Gurgaon. Dead crowd in almost every place I've been here. Need suggestions on some genuinely good nightclubs. Also let me know if there's an entry fee and if it doubles as cover charges.
