Electricity bill at 9.5k – is this normal?

So, I just got my electricity bill for this month, and it's 9.5k. before also we good 6k-7k but it was peak summer so we thought because of AC. I got this article. Could this be the reason? I'm a bit shocked because the only major appliances running were:

1 AC unit (running often)

2 refrigerators (running constantly)

1 water motor (daily once)

Induction (sometimes)

Usual lights, fans, etc.

Is this a normal amount for this setup, or should I be concerned? I understand that ACs use a lot of power, but 9.5k seems way too high.
