Deer chintan ramen. Getting the hang of it!

This is my second go at ramen. Been practicing over and over again by making a broth and portioning it out until I get it right. I think this is the best I’ve ever gotten it. Marinated the meat in sake, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce.
