Can rainworld run on lowend devices?

i have a laptop, ryzen 3, ive been curious if i should buy rainworld on this device, but i have no clue if rainworld can run well on it, its good at handling low end games like .io games but high end gaming is just impossible lol, and so i was wondering if i should get rainworld or not?

lets so i cant but i can alter my laptop to run it, what should i buy to help my laptop run better games? (besides a whole new laptop) and pls provide with links or images if so!!

(also lets say i do get the game on steam, where can i find and apply mods?)
