Rainworld console questions (may update)

is there any way to add pc mods onto console? and will there ever be a mod option for console players :(
(all the questions i have for now, although i did post a seprate question oops)

could i buy RW on a low end laptop and connect it to a tv screen, would my game run faster lmao?
