Title Tracks
It's interesting to think about which albums have title tracks and why; as the world's leading alternative band, Radiohead often broke the mould.
Pablo Honey went against the grain by not having a title track or being named after the band itself despite being their debut album.
The Bends - 2nd track, but it's a deep cut and not a hit single.
OK Computer... kinda-sorta? (Palo Alto’s previous name is OK Computer)
Kid A - same as with The Bends.
Amnesiac - Morning Bell/Amnesiac (How many other artists can you think who put a title track that's actually a different version of another song from the previous album?)
Hail To The Thief - played with with The Gloaming.
In Rainbows - none, but the title is used as background lyrics to the Reckoner vocals.
The King Of Limbs - none.
A Moon Shaped Pool - none, but some of the lyrics vaguely allude to it.
Interesting enough, Thom's debut album The Eraser was atypical in that it opened with the title track as with mainstream albums, even though the music is anything but.
