For people frustrated - these cards are not scalping well, stock will fix itself soon.

Not too sure what newegg just did but I definitely wouldn't call it a restock.

I went onto Ebay and checked what prices cards are selling at, and outside of some outliers you're seeing the $750-799 cards sell on ebay for around $1000. Ebay has 15% seller fees so the scalpers are only getting maybe $50-100/card they manage to scalp. For a lot of people that margin really isn't enough for the risk of cards not selling before a return window is up (where a $900 5070ti is scalping for $1300 for a $200 profit).

Supposed leaks also say every 2 weeks some retailers are expecting more cards than launch RTX 5000 series supply. All evidence points the lack of inventory on the 9070 series being very short lived.

Note: this is not about MSRP cards, I am fully expecting shelf prices to be minimum $720 after this month unless the tariffs are revoked.
