IF the cards are 549\599... Then I can tell you something... Who will buy the 9070 over the XT?

Well, not expected... The gap between 9070 and XT is bigger than the price suggests, and pricing 9070 the same as 5070 is a risky move by AMD

HOWEVER the truth is... 9070 has 16vs12GB, it is around 20% faster in raster, and this time even RT is there... So what does NVIDIA have with the 5070? Nothing, to be honest... DLSS4? Yeah, the only thing, although FSR4 will be a thing too. MFG4X is useless in the 5070 tbh, and the rest of the features, like AI stuff etc etc I mean sure, they are there, but with that kind of power, and 12GB VRAM, what are you really gonna run that AMD can't?

Strictly for gaming at the same price the 9070 is still a better buy. However I'm surprised, to be honest, let's wait, it's still possible that pricing in the rest of the world can be somewhat different, like 549\649 or 499\599... such a small gap is interesting...

I can tell you right away that even when OC'd the 9070 can't touch the 9070XT, even though it OCs very very well... so there's little reason to buy it, I dare even say NO reason at all for a 50 dollar price difference
