7oh withdrawal help!

I’ve been sober from opioids for years and I can’t believe I got myself into this. Asked a stupid question at a smoke shop when buying a vape and gave it a try and was hooked immediately. I’ve been on about 150-250mg of 7oh a day for 2 months. I’m quitting this week but don’t know what to expect. The posts I’ve been reading have me super freaked out. How long until withdrawal is in full effect ? How long until I’m back to my true self before i started this crap ? I’m going to quit cold turkey, no subs no nothings. What should I expect ? I have a job where I have to do a lot of public speaking which I’ve always struggled with as is and they seems to be what’s stopped me from quitting already. PLEASE HELP :(
