Performing I'tikaf in the Grand mosque of Abdul wahab in this beautiful month of Ramadan

Dear people, allow me to start off by wishing everyone a joyous Ramadan Mubarak, the month where we all increase in worship and abstain for a part of the day from food and water. As you all can see the streets are calmer than ever, people are happy and peaceful...everyone is doing their utmost to cut off any vice and increase in their God fearingness . Everyone, both Muslim and non Muslim alike can sense this unique atmosphere that can't be found anywhere else except in the Muslim countries.

As it's the month where we increase in our worship , I wish to inquire about performing I'tikaf in the Grand mosque of Abdul wahab. Does anyone know the procedure

  • Will I need to apply for an permit?
  • any specific rules when performing i'tikaf there?
  • is there any serving of Food for the worshipers?
