Bind NordVpn

Hey guys I was searching around and couldn’t really find any up to date useful guides on how to bind specifically nordVpn to qBittorrent.

Most up to date method I found was network interface: I have tried turning vpn off, open torrent, look at network interfaces, close and turn on vpn, open torrent and look again but no new network interfaces appear. I have a bunch of options but not sure what to choose or whether it’s even the correct method.

Somebody please help me
