How people are earning this much in pune ?

Yesterday I visited home loan dipartament of famous bank. I was discussing with representative where he was handling a file of loan of 3cr. Later one other employee visited desk next to us and those two were discussing about a file 5cr land loan.

After sometime I was waiting and another bank guy was discussing on phone that some couples loan will be passed easily as husband earns around 4.5 Lac per month and wife earns 1.8pm(in hand).

Then don’t know why at the time of returning home all I was seeing all merc, audies and BMWs on the way. What you guys think what people are doing in Pune to earn this much ? IT jobs are there but 3cr loan and 4.5 pm is too much for that as well.
