Customization Apps on Shopify

Heya! I’m enjoying my POD business and been doing great! I’m hoping to get some recommendations on a Shopify app that will help me provide “customization” spaces in a listing. For instance - a custom door mat that will have a family surname, and at the time of purchase, the customer can easily provide the input in the product page. Hopefully that makes sense? Any reccs? Also - Shopify has gotten so big keeping tabs on all the app options has gotten overwhelming. Any overall app recommendations that have worked well for yall in ‘23-‘24? Thanks for the input!!
